Well, here it is! People most often ask me two questions when they hear about pneusong: what about the genealogies? and how are you going to set Leviticus. With all the regulations, ordinances and sometimes explicit language, what genre will you use. My answer (take a listen) = Children's songs... The tabernacle sacrifices were like vivid object lessons for children in this new faith-walk. Vivid, visceral, memorable - sin is serious! So are children's songs. They teach, they remind, and they have historically been used to tell some harsh stories (London Bridge is Falling Down, Ring-around-o'-rosy).
